# V1 BOOKSTACK END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

**Product Name**: `BookStack`  
**Version**: `v1.0` | `BookStack v24.05.4`

#### 1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of BookStack ("Software") available via AWS Marketplace. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

#### 2. License Grant

The Software is licensed, not sold. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement.

#### 3. Permitted Use  


You may use the Software solely for personal or business documentation, knowledge management, and collaboration. Redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

#### 4. Ownership  


The Software remains the intellectual property of the original developer. Any modifications or derivative works remain under the original license.

#### 5. No Warranty & Liability Limitation  


The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. The developer disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

#### 6. Compliance & Termination  


Violation of any terms may result in termination of your license. This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party.

#### 7. Governing Law  


This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you operate.
